NOTE: Pictures can only be added to Quarter, Half and Full Size Ads. Pictures are an additional fee. NO Collages.

Naming Files

Please name files in the following format.

AKATeenID-AdSize
Example for a quarter page for Ashley Smith: SmithAshl-QP

AKATeenID: Last name and 1st 4 letters of first name
Ex. Ashley Smith = SmithAshl

Ad Size:
FP - Full Page
HP- Half Page
QP - Quarter Page
BC- Business Card
CM- Congratulatory Message

NOTE: Special lettering, emblems, logos, etc. cannot be guaranteed for printing. Light colored ink on business cards, logos, etc., is not photogenic.

If possible, please provide a black and white copy. We reserve the right to make grammatical changes as appropriate. We will not be held responsible for errors in printing due to illegible copy or incorrect spelling. Please proofread the copy thoroughly before signing/submitting this form. Keep a copy of this document for your records.

AKATeens/Parents: Please follow guidelines for assigning file names – see PWSB Orientation Manual. All ads and contracts are submitted electronically to AKATeen’s assigned Dropbox folder. Please provide the ad file name in the space below.
